I worked with Patty to address sudden, prolonged and profound insomnia using hypnotherapy. After a preliminary intake interview and session, I experienced improvement. Following 3 sessions, my insomnia had almost completely resolved, and has remained vastly improved for more than 3 months utilizing the visualization techniques she prompted. I am so grateful to be sleeping soundly!
