A Whole-Foods Based Cleanse
Over the course of 21 Days, you will eat a variety of vegetables and fruits, healthy proteins added on Day 11, protein shakes (choose from whey protein or dairy-free), and whole-foods based supplements to support the detoxification process. This program serves not only as a cleanse, but also as an elimination diet. Many of us have food sensitivities that reveal themselves in a number of unpleasant ways. You will take note of how you feel over the course of the 3 weeks while mindfully choosing, enjoying, and connecting with the food that you eat. This cleanse has been at the foundation of how I've treated in my acupuncture practice. My patients have found it to be an empowering, lightening, and educational exercise.
